Scheduling an Appointment

How to make an appointment: Please call my office at 503-243-2733 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon or from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and ask to speak with either of my assistants. My assistants can discuss your case with you or schedule you for an appointment. They will also tell you what documents and information I will need you to bring for your meeting with me.

Fee for consultation and information discussed at a consultation meeting: The cost for an initial consultation is $150, payable at the time of the consultation meeting by check, cash or money order. This consultation meeting usually lasts about one hour. At this meeting, I will review the facts of your case in detail and give you a summary of what your options are and whether I think your case has merit. I will also give you an estimate of the cost for my services if you hire me for additional work and I will discuss payment options with you at that time.

Fees for my legal services: After the first consultation meeting, I charge for my work on an hourly basis. I typically charge between $210 and $235 per hour for my legal services, paralegal services at half the hourly rate.
